Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding products ordered through the Seller’s website.

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the applicable Distance Contracts Regulation.

Buyer

The Buyer is the user who purchases products through the website and whose identity, contact, billing and delivery information is provided on the payment or checkout page.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant regulations and secondary legislation.

3. Product Information and Delivery

Product Groups: Canned products, luncheon meat and other processed meat products, as well as other food products
Delivery: Products are delivered by a shipping or courier company to the address specified by the Buyer
Shipping Conditions: Food products are dispatched under appropriate conditions designed to preserve their freshness, quality and product integrity

The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, stock availability and shipping conditions.

4. General Provisions

The Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted the product information, price, payment terms, delivery conditions and other sales terms provided on the website.
Due to hygiene and food safety requirements, returns of food products whose packaging, seal or protective wrapping has been opened will not be accepted.
Where an ordered product cannot be supplied, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.
The Seller is responsible for delivering the products in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the order.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under the applicable Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for the following products and circumstances:

Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, including certain processed meat and delicatessen products
Products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their packaging, seal or protective wrapping has been opened
Opened canned, vacuum-packed or similarly sealed food products where returning the product would create a food safety or hygiene risk

Important: The Buyer should inspect the packaging and condition of the products upon delivery. Damaged, leaking, opened or otherwise compromised packages should be reported promptly to the Seller and the delivery provider.

6. Resolution of Disputes

Any dispute arising from this agreement may be submitted to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the applicable monetary limits and Turkish consumer protection legislation.

Subject to the mandatory jurisdiction rules provided under applicable legislation, the courts and enforcement offices of Hatay shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.

By completing an order through the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
