KVKK Information Notice
This Information Notice has been prepared by Akdeniz Entegre Gıda Lojistik Tarım Sanayi İthalat İhracat Ticaret Anonim Şirketi in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the related legal regulations.
The purpose of this notice is to inform our employees, customers and other individuals associated with our company about the procedures, principles and application methods followed in relation to the protection of their personal data.
Definitions
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing of Personal Data: Any operation performed on personal data, whether wholly or partly by automated means or by non-automated means provided that it forms part of a data recording system. Such operations include the collection, recording, storage, retention, alteration, rearrangement, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, classification or restriction of the use of personal data.
Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and methods of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system.
Data Subject: The natural person whose personal data is processed.
Explicit Consent: Consent relating to a specific matter that is based on adequate information and given freely by the Data Subject.
Board: Refers to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Processing of Your Personal Data and Our Processing Purposes
The purposes for which your personal data is processed may vary depending on the nature of your relationship with our company. Subject to compliance with the conditions specified under Articles 5 and 6 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed for the purposes described below.

- Meeting the requirements of the workplace, business operations and production processes
- Fulfilling contractual obligations arising from agreements concluded with third parties
- Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and the individuals and organisations with whom we maintain business relationships
- Responding to requests from authorised institutions within the scope of judicial and administrative investigations where a response is legally required
- Taking the necessary measures to maintain the physical, operational and information security of our company
- Conducting legal compliance and regulatory processes
- Carrying out accounting, financial and administrative operations
- Determining, implementing and managing commercial and business strategies
- Fulfilling the obligations of our company arising from applicable legislation
- Ensuring the security of company premises during visits by employees, customers, suppliers, visitors and other relevant individuals
- Improving the security and functionality of our company website
- Identifying individuals suspected of committing offences through digital or electronic systems
